Account Executive

Location: Corporate Office

• Initial responsibility will be reviewing all incoming purchase orders
• Responsible for all details regarding the accurate processing of orders for new, proforma, and open accounts 
• Assumes the responsibility of the primary telephone and email contact for all sales representatives and accounts with the assigned territories
• Receives and reviews requests from sales representatives and accounts, and initiates the appropriate actions
• Monitors orders in production to ensure on-time completion and delivery
• Works closely with order entry to assure timely and accurate acknowledgement, scheduling, and changes of orders
• Monitors all outstanding receivable amounts in territories and takes appropriate action to resolve within 30 days, including credit memo requests and code change requests
• Works with Director of Operations and Director of Sales Operations to address changes to orders already in production
• Responsible for initiating any special action required for assigned accounts

Account Executive – National Accounts

Location: Corporate Office

• Responsible for all details regarding the accurate processing of purchase orders 
• Creates and provides quotes to customers and clients as needed
• Works closely with order entry to assure timely and accurate acknowledgement, scheduling, and changes of orders
• Monitors orders in production to ensure on-time completion and delivery
• Works closely with office and factory personnel to assist sales managers, sales representatives, and customers with administrative and product related questions
• Communicates order status to customers, sales managers, and sales representatives as need
• Works with Director of Operations to address changes to orders already in production
• Responsible for initiating any special action required for assigned accounts

Logistics Analyst

Location: Corporate Office

Responsibilities

• Analyzing data using statistical methods
• Filter and “clean” data acquired from primary or secondary sources and improve data integrity
• Creating reports to share findings and recommendations with the internal team and other divisions
• Create and report statistical models that depict operational trends
• Determine the meaning of data and explain how the team can leverage it to improve and streamline their processes
• Document process procedures
• Assist with any and all transportation needs from internal customers
• Assist other transportation departments as needed
• Update and maintain transportation reports

Regional Account Analyst

Location: Corporate Office

Responsibilities

• Processing coded chargeback items
• Actively involved in the handling and processing of delinquent notices and collection of same
• Documenting all collection activity in accounts receivable software
• Initiate collection calls
• Create collection letters and various correspondence
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries
• Be familiar with Net Cash Procedures
• Responsible for notifying appropriate office personnel of address/name changes also required to update address.name changes in legacy mainframe, JD Edwards and Sharepoint software systems
• Any additional responsibilities as assigned by Regional Credit Manager

OTR Truck Driver

Qualifications

CDL License & 2+ years of Driving Experience

Responsibilities

• Communicating and coordinating with dispatchers
• Obeying and following applicable traffic laws
• Securing cargo
• Maintaining a detailed log of working hours in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Ensuring any mechanical issues with the vehicle are corrected before driving
• Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules
• Complying with truck driving rules and regulations
• Reporting defects, accidents, and violations
• Performing daily maintenance
• Interacting with customers in a professional manner
• Performing daily maintenance of truck (refueling, cleaning, etc.)
• Preforming pre- and post-trip vehicle inspection reports
• Recording cargo deliveries and verifying loads for accuracy

Finishing Sprayers

Location: Plant 3 & 7

• Operate finishing spray gun.
• Ability to spray various finishing material (stain, lacquer, sealer, etc) to wood pieces.
• Must be able recognize color and formulas to achieve desired finish.
• Ability to adhere defined quality standards regarding finishing and applications.
• Maintain a neat and organized workstation.

Sewers

Location: Plant 4, 6 & 7

• Operate sewing machine to sew cut parts / pieces into a cover.
• Ability to read and understand sewing notes and production tickets.
• Ability to select the proper thread color based on material being sewn.
• Ability to work efficiently and adhere to product standards / specifications.
• Develop and improve sewing techniques over time as product styles change.
