Class A CDL Truck Driver
Location: On the road
- Pre and Post Trip Inspection of Tractor and Trailer.
- Follows all DOT guidelines while making deliveries to our customers in a safe, timely and courteous manner.
- Responsible for the preparation and submission of paperwork including mileage, fuel tickets, and receipts at the end of each trip.
- Driver assist in unloading.
Fabric Cutters
Location: Plant 2 & 7
- Organize, place & mark patterns on fabric based on fabric specification and product standards.
- Cut fabric using scissors or power cutting tools, as marked in the layout process.
- Gather & tag cut pieces prior to being sewn.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with a high level of detail.
Safety & Compliance Trucking Manager

Responsibilities
- Maintain full compliance with FMCSA, DOT, OSHA, and all applicable federal and state regulations
- Oversee driver qualification files, MVR reviews, drug & alcohol testing programs, and annual compliance audits
- Manage Hours-of-Service (HOS) monitoring and ELD system oversight
- Prepare for and lead regulatory inspections, audits, and internal compliance reviews
- Lead development, implentation, and continuous improvement of safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular driver safety meetings, ongoing training programs, and corrective action plans
- Manage incident response, accident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective action plans
- Collaborate closely with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance, and Operations to ensure safe practices across the entire transportation workflow
- Support onboarding of new drivers through orientation, road evaluations, and training
- Maintain documentation for insurance, accident files, workers’ compensation claims, and related reporting
- 3-5+ years of transportation safety or compliance management experience (private fleet experience preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, and OSHA regulations
- Experience managing ELD systems (e.g., Omnitracs, Samsara, Keep Truckin, etc.)
- Excellent communication, training, and coaching skills
- CDL Class A license is preferred but not required
- Experience in furniture, manufacturing, or private fleet transportation environments
- Accident investigation or safety certification (e.g. NATMI CSS/DSC, OSHA 30, Smith System, etc.)
- Knowledge of fleet maintenance Processes
Inventory Control Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and carrying out the activities including receiving raw materials into inventory, issuing materials to the factory for production, and maintaining procedures to assure an accurate inventory
- Reports directly to plant manager. Work closely with the quality assurance manager and all plant department managers
- Production Scheduling: receives production requirements from purchasing department. Screens all orders for special instructions and/or notations
- Special Projects: works with project manager(s) to assure enough inventory is on hand as required to meet customers expectations
- Receiving and Inspection: oversees receiving of parts/product from both domwetic and overseas vendors
- Inventory Control: schedules and verifies cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory. Makes purchasing suggestions based on usage history and forecasting. Communicates with purchasing department on potential lead-time issues and inventory shortages
- The Inventory Control Supervisor is authorized to take any reasonable actin necessary to maintain effective operations within the department under them
Account Executive – National Account

Responsibilities
- Responsible for all details regarding the accurate processing of purchase orders
- Assumes the responsibility as the primary phone and email contact for all assigned accounts
- Creates and provides quotes to customers and clients as needed
- Receives and reviews requests from sales managers, sales representatives, and customers, and initiates appropriate actions
- Works closely with order entry to assure timely and accurate acknowledgement, scheduling, and changes of orders

- Gather and analyze supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing and terms
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and supplier capabilities
- Assist in negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers

- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all procurement records
- Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and industry regulations

Key Account Administrative Coordinator

- Communicates directly with key account(s) regarding order status and all other administrative issues (quality, parts, etc.)
- Maintains and distributes all customer required reporting regarding orders and order status

Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent: associates or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in an administrative role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Detail oriented and highly organized. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a fast past environment is a plus.
Utility Seamstress

Finishing Sprayers

- Operate sewing machine to sew cut parts / pieces into a cover.
- Ability to read and understand sewing notes and production tickets.
- Ability to select the proper thread color based on material being sewn.
- Ability to work efficiently and adhere to product standards / specifications.
- Develop and improve sewing techniques over time as product styles change.
Upholsterers
Location: Plant 2, 4, 6 & 7
- Applies material (leather and/or fabric) to cover the frame using a staple gun or other methods to secure the cover.
- Responsible for fixing repairs / issues identified by quality control.
- Maintain neat and organized workstation.
- Work collaboratively with all employees, and specific other upholsterers on pieces that require.
