Class A CDL Truck Driver
Location: On the road
- Pre and Post Trip Inspection of Tractor and Trailer.
- Follows all DOT guidelines while making deliveries to our customers in a safe, timely and courteous manner.
- Responsible for the preparation and submission of paperwork including mileage, fuel tickets, and receipts at the end of each trip.
- Driver assist in unloading.
Fabric Cutters
Location: Plant 2 & 7
- Organize, place & mark patterns on fabric based on fabric specification and product standards.
- Cut fabric using scissors or power cutting tools, as marked in the layout process.
- Gather & tag cut pieces prior to being sewn.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with a high level of detail.
Order Entry Specialist

Responsibilities
- Analyzes each seating purchase order for accuracy through ECMT (order storage program)
- Responsible for accurate entry of mainframe customer seating orders in a timely manner, including meeting daily and weekly sales goals
- Responsible for editing customer seating acknowledgements each morning between mainframe and ECMT
- Responsible for accurate scheduling of seating orders per scheduling capacity parameters for production line, frame availability, Bernhardt Textile availability, capacity holds, credit status, etc.
- Responsible for accurate booking/scheduling of Syteline orders by capacity load parameters for product categories and updates spreadsheet “BKTS” accordingly for choices
- Updates ECMT with status details once orders are booked in Syteline or entered or scheduled in mainframe
- Makes necessary changes (i.e. commission, product, tagging, instructions, ship dates, etc.) on seating acknowledgements in a timely manner. Verifies accuracy of changes. Updates ECMT as needed
- Emails “SI Forms” to factories with special instructions related to production when seating orders are scheduled
- Creates jobs in Syteline each day for factory production
- Acknowledges seating mockups/samples same day received and books Syteline mockups/samples same day of notification
- Enters seating/vender orders submitted by Commodity Manager
- Works with Customer Service and other order entry team members to accomplish department goals
- Makes recommendations for improvement of order process and entry procedures
Account Executive – National Account

Responsibilities
- Responsible for all details regarding the accurate processing of purchase orders
- Assumes the responsibility as the primary phone and email contact for all assigned accounts
- Creates and provides quotes to customers and clients as needed
- Receives and reviews requests from sales managers, sales representatives, and customers, and initiates appropriate actions
- Works closely with order entry to assure timely and accurate acknowledgement, scheduling, and changes of orders
- Monitors orders in production to ensure on-time completion and delivery
- Works closely with office and factory personnel to assist sales managers, sales representatives, and customers with administrative and product related questions
- Communicates order status to customers, sales managers, and sales representatives as needed
- Ensures all customer samples requests are handled
- Responsible for initiating and special action required for assigned accounts.
Quoting and Outsourcing Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing and terms
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and supplier capabilities
- Assist in negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of supplier information, quotes, and contracts in Airtable
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all procurement records
- Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and industry regulations
- Provide administrative support to the Operations and Sourcing Manager, including scheduling meetings and preparing documentation
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Adminstration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related role
- Proficiency in Procurement and quoting software and tools
- Office environment with occasional travel to meet suppliers and attend industry events
Key Account Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Communicates directly with key account(s) regarding order status and all other administrative issues (quality, parts, etc.)
- Maintains and distributes all customer required reporting regarding orders and order status
- Communicates/interacts directly with all internal departments as needed (i.e., Sales, Merchandising, Manufacturing Operations, Sourcing/Purchasing, Transportation, Dealer Services)
- Communicates/interacts with vendors as needed
- Coordinates with all parties listed above to ensure that orders and deliveries meet customer expectations
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent: associates or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in an administrative role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Detail oriented and highly organized. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a fast past environment is a plus.
Utility Seamstress

- Work is then sewn using flat or top stitching based on requirement
- Must be capable of trimming welt, sewing repairs and flat work as needed
- Must be able to read and write proficiently

Finishing Sprayers

Sewers
Location: Plant 2, 4, 6 & 7
- Operate sewing machine to sew cut parts / pieces into a cover.
- Ability to read and understand sewing notes and production tickets.
- Ability to select the proper thread color based on material being sewn.
- Ability to work efficiently and adhere to product standards / specifications.
- Develop and improve sewing techniques over time as product styles change.
Upholsterers
Location: Plant 2, 4, 6 & 7
- Applies material (leather and/or fabric) to cover the frame using a staple gun or other methods to secure the cover.
- Responsible for fixing repairs / issues identified by quality control.
- Maintain neat and organized workstation.
- Work collaboratively with all employees, and specific other upholsterers on pieces that require.
